President Bola Tinubu has congratulated former Enugu State Governor, Senator Chimaroke Nnamani, on the occasion of his 65th birthday.
In a statement issued by his spokesman, Mr Bayo Onanuga, the President praised Nnamani’s contributions to Nigeria’s democratic development, particularly his tenure as governor between 1999 and 2007 and his active role in the Southern Governors Forum.
President Tinubu highlighted the enduring impact of the reforms championed by Nnamani in healthcare, education, and infrastructure, noting that they significantly improved the lives of the people of Enugu State.

He further commended the former governor’s commitment to national unity, dialogue, and development, as well as his intellectual depth and medical expertise, which he said have continued to shape Nigeria’s policy discourse.
“As you mark this milestone, I wish you good health, renewed strength, and many more years of dedicated service to the nation,” Tinubu stated.
