The All Progressives Congress (APC) in the North West zone has formally endorsed President Bola Tinubu as its preferred candidate for the 2027 presidential election.
The endorsement followed a high-level stakeholders’ meeting held in Kaduna, which was attended by the Deputy Senate President, the Speaker of the House of Representatives, state governors, former governors, and senior party leaders.
Reading the communiqué, North West Coordinating Governor, Uba Sani, said the zone had pledged its full support for President Tinubu’s vision of prosperity, equity, and transformative governance.

The statement cited key achievements under the current administration, including enhanced security, infrastructure development, and strong regional representation at the federal level, highlighting 12 ministerial appointments from the North West.
“President Tinubu’s reforms and leadership have brought renewed stability to our communities, enabling farmers to return to their fields,” Governor Sani noted.
