West Ham appoints Nuno Espírito Santo as their new manager following the dismissal of Graham Potter after a poor run of results. The Portuguese coach, who previously managed Wolves, Tottenham Hotspur and Al-Ittihad in Saudi Arabia, is tasked with revitalising the Hammers’ campaign and restoring stability at the London Stadium.
The club confirmed the decision in a statement on Saturday, thanking Potter for his efforts but stressing the need for “a new direction.” The announcement comes after a string of disappointing performances that left the club hovering near the relegation zone.

Espírito Santo, known for his tactical discipline and ability to rebuild struggling teams, is expected to take charge immediately and will lead West Ham in their next Premier League fixture.
