Serie A giants Juventus have disclosed that they are under investigation by UEFA for alleged breaches of the governing body’s financial regulations.
The Turin-based club revealed the development in its financial statement ahead of its annual shareholders’ meeting scheduled for 7 November.
According to Juventus, UEFA informed the club on 18 September that formal proceedings had been opened to examine potential violations of its football earnings rule covering the 2022–2025 period. A verdict is expected in the spring of 2026.
The club said the inquiry could lead to “a possible economic sanction and potential sporting restrictions.”
