The Federal Ministry of Art, Culture, Tourism and the Creative Economy (FMACTCE) has congratulated Ms Ezem Treasure Chioma, CEO of Treasure Blues Intatements, for winning the Best International Cultural Attire Award at the Saguaro Films Virtual Film Festival (SVFFF) in Austin, Texas, USA.

In a statement, the Ministry praised Ms Ezem’s efforts through the Made in African Countries Cultural Fashion Audition Event (MIACFA), calling it a visionary initiative that has elevated African attire as a global symbol of heritage, beauty, and creativity.
Highlighting her impact on tourism and cultural exchange, the Ministry noted that Ms Ezem’s work showcases the richness of Nigerian fashion while reinforcing the importance of cultural identity on the international stage.
