The Governor of Ekiti State, Mr Biodun Oyebanji, has congratulated his Lagos State counterpart, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu, on the occasion of his 60th birthday.
In a statement issued on Wednesday by his Special Adviser on Media, Mr Yinka Oyebode, Governor Oyebanji described Sanwo-Olu’s attainment of the diamond age as a significant milestone worthy of celebration.
He praised Sanwo-Olu as a committed patriot and exemplary servant-leader whose impact and outstanding record in public service serve as inspiration to the younger generation of leaders.
The Ekiti governor described Sanwo-Olu as an experienced administrator, team player, and brilliant statesman who has devoted a greater part of his adult life to uplifting others.

He noted that the Lagos State governor has initiated and completed several legacy projects that have not only improved the lives of Lagosians but also positioned the state as a true mega city.
“Sanwo-Olu is the torchbearer for a greater Lagos who, over the past six years, has elevated the development of the state by building on the solid foundation laid by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu during his tenure as Governor of Lagos State,” he said.
Oyebanji also commended Sanwo-Olu for his loyalty to the party, acknowledging his success in various party assignments where he has demonstrated effective leadership.
He urged Sanwo-Olu to rededicate himself to the greater service of humanity and prayed that God would grant him long life, good health, and continued success in the years ahead.
