The Governor of Adamawa State, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, has approved the appointment of Professor Ibrahim Danjuma as the new Director-General of the State’s Debt Management
The appointment takes immediate effect.
Professor Danjuma is a highly respected academic and administrator, recognised for his extensive experience and achievements. He is a Fellow of the Institute of Business Diplomacy and Financial Management.
His previous positions include serving as Dean of the School of Management and Information Technology at Modibbo Adama University, Yola, and Chair and Head of the Department of Business Administration and Management at the American University of Nigeria, Yola.
In a statement, Governor Fintiri congratulated Professor Danjuma and expressed confidence in his capacity to strengthen the state’s financial management systems.
“I am confident that Professor Danjuma will bring his wealth of experience to bear in enhancing the fiscal governance of Adamawa State,” the Governor said.
