The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has approved the appointment of members to the Interim Management Board of the Ibrahim Badamasi Babangida (IBB) Golf Club.
According to a statement issued by Lere Olayinka, Senior Special Assistant to the Minister on Public Communication and Social Media, the Interim Management Board will be chaired by Dr Peter Deshi, with Barrister Yomi Oyelola appointed as Secretary.
Other members of the Board include Otunba Gbenga Elegbeleye, Arc. Nanwor Mamven, Ekanem Ekwueme, Arabi Bello, Lawan Aboki, Okey Nnaedozie, Fred Otobo, and Julius Fadairo.
Following their appointment, members of the Interim Management Board are to assume their responsibilities with immediate effect.
The FCT Minister congratulated the appointees and urged them to work diligently towards the repositioning of the IBB Golf Club.
