Nigerian Afrobeats star Ayra Starr is set to headline the halftime show at the 2026 NFL London Game, marking a major milestone for African music on the international stage.

The singer will perform on October 11 at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium in London during the game between the Philadelphia Eagles and Jacksonville Jaguars.

The NFL said the performance will be part of its 2026 International Games, which will feature a record seven halftime shows across four continents.

Ayra Starr, who released her third studio album, Starrgirl, on August 14, said performing at the NFL event was a dream come true.

The singer has gained international recognition since launching her career in 2021. She has accumulated more than seven billion global streams and one billion YouTube views, while earning two Grammy nominations and winning the BET Award for Best International Act.
