Political stakeholders from Adamawa State have reaffirmed their unity and pledged to strengthen cooperation ahead of the 2027 general elections following a high-level meeting with National Security Adviser (NSA), Nuhu Ribadu, in Abuja.
Ribadu said the political structure in the state remained fully united under its current leadership, expressing confidence that continued coordination among party leaders would improve the party’s prospects in the elections.
The NSA also praised Adamawa State Governor, Ahmadu Umaru Fintiri, for his achievements in governance and his contributions to the state’s development.
He urged political leaders and stakeholders to maintain their unity and work together towards their shared objectives, stressing the importance of cohesion ahead of the polls.
The meeting brought together prominent political figures from Adamawa, who expressed their support for the existing political leadership and pledged to collaborate towards electoral success in 2027.

Speaking after the meeting, the APC House of Representatives candidate for Guyuk/Shelleng Federal Constituency, Golfa Mallim, popularly known as “Mama Mai Transformer”, said the unity displayed by stakeholders had strengthened her confidence in the party’s chances.
She expressed optimism that the collective commitment of party leaders and supporters would help the APC secure victory across Adamawa State in the 2027 elections.
