The Director-General of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Presidential Campaign Council, Senator Abdul’aziz Yari, has pledged that the party will fulfil its campaign promises and mobilise support for President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s re-election in 2027.
Yari made the commitment in Abuja after returning from an overseas trip and receiving a warm welcome from APC supporters.
Speaking on his appointment and the reception from party members across the country, the former Zamfara State governor said he was grateful for the confidence Tinubu had placed in him.
Yari said the celebrations surrounding his return and appointment were only the start, adding that the major celebration would come after the 2027 election.
He called on APC members to remain united and support Tinubu, stressing that the party’s priority should be securing the president’s re-election.

Yari also assured Nigerians that the APC would remain committed to its manifesto and campaign pledges, saying promises made during the election campaign must be honoured.
He expressed confidence that Tinubu would win another term in 2027 and said he hoped the APC would remain in power beyond the president’s second term.
Yari further prayed for wisdom and guidance for Tinubu as he leads the country and works towards fulfilling commitments made to Nigerians.
He said keeping faith with the party’s promises would remain a key part of the APC’s campaign as it prepares for the 2027 elections.
