President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has arrived in Kigali, Rwanda, to participate in the Africa CEO Forum, a high-level gathering of African leaders, policymakers, investors, and business executives focused on accelerating the continent’s economic growth and competitiveness.
The Nigerian leader arrived at Kigali International Airport at 1:58 p.m. local time on Wednesday after concluding engagements at the Africa Forward Summit in Nairobi, Kenya.
He was received by senior Rwandan government officials, alongside members of the Nigerian delegation, including ministers and top presidential aides accompanying him to the forum.

The Africa CEO Forum, scheduled to hold over two days in Kigali, is expected to bring together key stakeholders from across Africa and beyond to explore strategies for driving investment, strengthening regional integration and boosting industrial development.
The 2026 edition of the forum is themed “Scale or Fail: Why Africa Must Embrace Shared Ownership,” with a strong focus on collaboration, shared investment models and unlocking Africa’s economic potential through partnership-driven growth.
President Tinubu is also expected to hold strategic meetings with global investors and African business leaders aimed at deepening economic ties and attracting new investment opportunities to Nigeria.
The forum is widely regarded as one of Africa’s leading platforms for dialogue on economic transformation, private sector development and sustainable growth across the continent.
