President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has expressed his condolences to former Minister of Finance, Kemi Adeosun, following the death of her husband, Anthony Adeniyi Adeosun, who died on Wednesday at the age of 62.
In a condolence message issued on Thursday by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, the President sympathised with the Adeosun family, as well as the deceased’s friends and business associates.
Tinubu urged the bereaved family to draw comfort from the late Adeosun’s legacy of faith, community service and charitable work.
The President also acknowledged the tributes honouring the deceased, particularly his commitment to supporting vulnerable and less privileged members of society.
Tinubu prayed that God would grant Mrs Adeosun and the entire family the strength and comfort to cope with the loss, while granting the deceased eternal rest.
