The All Progressives Congress (APC) in Delta State on Sunday held a stakeholders’ meeting at the Government House, Asaba, aimed at fostering unity and strengthening party cohesion across the state.
The meeting, which brought together key political figures from Delta and beyond, was described as a long-overdue but strategic step towards repositioning the party for greater success.

Speaking at the gathering, a party chieftain expressed satisfaction with the turnout, noting that the meeting served as an avenue to consolidate cooperation among members at both state and national levels.
He said the stakeholders’ meeting was convened to promote collective interests within the party, enhance internal harmony, and mobilise support for the administration of President Bola Tinubu and other APC leaders in Delta State.
He urged members to set aside personal differences and embrace unity of purpose, stressing that collective effort remained crucial for electoral success.
“We must put personal ambitions aside and key into the politics of togetherness to secure victory for our President and other party candidates at the state level,” he said.
He also expressed gratitude for the successful outcome of the meeting, which he described as a positive sign for the future of the APC in Delta State.
