Nigerian celebrity chef, Hilda Baci, has once again placed the country on the global stage by setting a new Guinness World Record.

According to officials of Guinness World Records, the pot of jollof rice prepared by Baci surpassed the previous record. The achievement not only highlights Nigerian culinary creativity but also cements jollof rice as one of Africa’s most iconic dishes.
