The Minister cited achievements including the NESRI rollout, expanded STEMM and nursing programmes, TVET deployment across accredited centres, improved scholarships, student venture funding, and interventions for out-of-school and Almajiri children.
Dr Alausa also stressed progress in access and inclusion, highlighting girl-child education through the AGILE and LUMINAH 2030 initiatives, strengthened school safety, and enhanced quality assurance across all education levels.
“By empowering our youth to co-create education, we are safeguarding Nigeria’s future, strengthening national unity, and unlocking the potential of the next generation,” he said.
He concluded by commending teachers for their dedication, encouraging students to engage in shaping policy, and reaffirming the government’s commitment to lifelong learning for all Nigerians.
